Sometimes your API building blocks are not complex tools or documentation. They can be as simple as an email address.
Of course simply listing an email address as part of your API community is not where it ends.
Don't list an email for developers, partners, or support if nobody answers it.
Make sure and have a plan for any email addresses you use throughout your API community. Make them meaningful and route to the right people.
Make sure your email accounts are responsive, otherwise people will immediately go to your forums with negative feedback.
