Workshops
Conduct in-person and virtual workshops on relevant topics at the intersection of people and interfaces.
Reading about something and being walked through it are two different experiences, and for a lot of teams the workshop is where an idea finally becomes theirs. I have run enough of them to know the value is less in the slides and more in the doing.
I conduct in-person and virtual workshops on the topics at the intersection of people and interfaces — governance, OpenAPI and the wider API family, discovery, whatever your teams need to get hands-on with. We work through your real material, not toy examples, so people leave with skills they can apply to the actual work in front of them.
A workshop is how you level up a whole team at once, and leave them with shared language and shared muscle memory rather than a pile of individual notes.
What you walk away with
- Hands-on workshops built around your real operations
- A whole team leveled up together
- Shared language and skills that outlast the session
